The General Assembly seemed more like a court of law with free flying cross questioning with allegations being
brought up and defenses being brought down.
The second day of the General Assembly was no different from the first one where raging debates and peculiar rivalries and feuds only seemed to be worsened with ever-growing stronger stances of different nations.
The delegate of Iraq, yet again, grabbed the limelight with his tendentious speeches. This time, urging other nations to use some logic on the point where he was accused of providing Islamic State of Iraq and Syria with
weaponry, basically providing fuel to the same fire of terrorism which is engulfing his very own nation.

Human Rights advocates agree that, sixty years after its issue, Universal Declaration of Human Rights is still a dream than reality. Violations exist in every part of the world. Women and children are marginalised in many
ways. Hundreds of civilians are killed in terrorist attacks.

The second day of the Lok Sabha kicked off with each member explaining their stance and opinion on the implementation of the universal basic income for all. There are differences in the opinions among the hon’ble members regarding the implementation and the beneficiaries of the UBI .
The committee started with the General speaker’s list and Mr. Modi stated that BJP wanted to give this UBI as a sense of public inheritance so that people would be so loyal, just as JIO came up with low pricing services and people are so loyal to them even if other providers came up with such plans.

With the alarming news, on 3rd December 1971, that Pakistan had attacked the North-Western frontier of India by launching 15 air strikes, the committee began its discussions and came up with various strategies to counter the attack. Some of the strategies proposed were offensive while others were defensive, revolving around the issue of protecting India from Pakistani attacks and liberating East Pakistan.
The elaborate discussions brought to light the pros and cons of the strategies being
discussed. A couple of members urged the committee to think about the international
repercussions of the strategies.

Day two started off on an energetic note with the delegates being better prepared in terms of research.
“Legal Loopholes in the International Treaties” was the topic on which the delegates started the
discussions of the day.
